Pneumatic seed-drill Jet-X
Jet-X has been designed for professional and intensive agriculture, to be used in the most difficult conditions. The center of gravity is positioned forward in order to allow for a higher stability. All the functions and controls are designed to be user friendly. The quick linkage system allows an easy detachment of the seed-drill from the power harrow while the sowing management is completely electric so that all calibrations can be done also directly from the tractor cabin by using the ISOBUS system. A perfect sowing is granted by the Alpego designed metering unit ALPEGO Dosal, by the Turbo Rotal System located in the distribution head and by the new generation seeding bar Rubber.

Rubber seeding bar
The Alpego Rubber drilling element makes it possible to maintain a constant drilling depth under any soil conditions and to easily overcome possible obstacles thanks to the following strong points:

Silent Block: shock-absorbing system of the drilling element, which makes it possible to develop a maximum disc resistance of 60 Kg.
Easy to adjust: the bar is connected with the roller through a parallelogram for the adjustment of the drilling depth and it is complete with tie-rods for the adjustment of the incidence on the soil.
Single coulter disc: suitably slanted, with a sharp profile in order to allow a perfect penetration into the soil and a uniform rotation.
Following harrow: easy centralized adjustment to optimize its action in the soil.

High-precision distribution head Turbo ROTAL
High-precision distribution head even in case of the maximum angle of inclination, thanks to the Turbo ROTAL (patented) and to the lower position near the seed-bar.

System for the quick hitching/unhitching of the hopper
New system for the quick hitching/unhitching of the hopper, the seed-bar and of connecting/disconnecting of all the electric connections (for Alpego implements)

“QUICK” quick coupling with the seeding bar
The new design with its two side hooks attached at the side of the roller makes it possible to uncouple the seeding bar in a very short time.

DOSAL volumetric metering unit made of stainless steel
Great flexibility of the volumetric metering unit: suited for fine, large seeds and fertilizer with a few, simple adjustments. Made of wear-resistant stainless steel for the longest lifespan and maximum reliability.

Suited also for treated seeds or fertilizer.

Electronic sawing control ISOBUS
ISOBUS is a STANDARD communication system to link the controls system of the tractor and the implement.

Our ISOBUS implements are easily connected electronically to the tractor. Through the one only ISOBUS cable all informations needed for the correct functioning of our seed drill, are transferred the including the power source.

The controlling monitor of the seed drill can be the same of the tractor, with the same functions (UT function). This means less purchasing cost, ease of use for the used, and more efficient utilization of the room available in the tractor cabin.

On request Alpego can provide 2 different monitors, both UT (Universal Terminal) and therefore useable with other ISOBUS implements.

Thanks to ISOBUS it is easily possible to use advanced functions like: variable distribution, parallel assisted drive, automatic closure of seeding sections and other “precision farming”solutions.
