Power harrows Rotodent DJ
The folding power harrow ROTODENT DJ is made of high strength steel, offering high structural performances while light in weight. It is available in the working widths 360, 400, 460 SUPER and 500 Super. It is ideal for tractors from 90 to 220 HP.

Features

Floating frames
The 2 folding sections can adjust to the soil imperfections thanks to a floating system or they may be made rigid.

Stone guards under the gear trough
The front guards prevent rocks from entering to cause rotor damage.

Half-guards for the rotors
Two half-moons made of wear-resistant material
High protection against wear and external agents (stones, strings, pieces of metal…)
Self-cleaning because they turn with the rotor
Easy removal of the tines because they are attached to them

Floating roller mounted on a parallelogramm
Thanks to the PARALLELOGRAM system of depth adjustment , the rear roller constantly maintains the same degree of inclination, therefore:
– The leveling bar is constantly correctly adjusted;
– In the combination with a seed-drill the pressure of the seeding coulters is kept constant

Leveling bar fixed to the roller with independent adjustment
The levelling bar is mounted directly on the rear roller, thereby improving the levelling quality and decreasing the power absorption.

Set of forged quick replaceable tines
The quick system can be supplied separately as a set as an alternative to the traditional system, or it can be mounted directly on the machine.

 
Spacing between rotors 25 cm for a better crumbling of the soil and a reduced power absorption
