Rotary tiller FG with a horizontal axis for the best tillage of the soil and the mixing of weeds and of crop residues in all types of soils. Unique in its category thanks to the central gear transmission. Made of high strength steel it is available in the working widths 2.5 and 3 mt. It is ideal for tractors from 75 to 160 HP.

Central and lateral mechanic sealing

The whole range of Alpego Rotary Cultivators features the patented “CENTRAL DRIVE GEAR BOX” made of solid GEARS (no belts, no chains!) The innovation and uniqueness of the Alpego Rotary Cultivator concept consists on the central transmission that drives the spinning torque from the PTO to the two half rotors through solid gears. This guarantees maximum reliability and less torque dispersion. Another advantage is the absence of the lateral transmission and therefore a reduction of the overall width.

Vertically arranged gears

The transmission gearbox is made according to internal Alpego specifications. It consists of a speed gear change, which makes it possible to change the rotation speed and of a series of gears transmitting the motion to the rotor. The vertically arranged gears made of cast iron work constantly in contact with the moving soil, which allows a natural heat dispersion. Moreover, the working of the gears, always immersed in an oil bath, guarantees their optimum lubrication and cooling.

Rotor with 6 helicoidally positioned blades

Horizontal Rotor featuring L-shaped blades. Excellent for chopping and burying grass, vegetables and other surface residues, on any type of soil.

Central and lateral mechanic sealing

Central and lateral mechanical seals in oil bath allowing for maximum reliability in extreme conditions also in water immersion.

FG rear gate

Convex “S” shape with new shock-absorbing systems with four elastic arms for an ideal flow of the soil and its best crumbling.

Counter-flange set

The counter-flange doubles the sturdiness of the rotor flanges and of the blades, thereby increasing their resistance and lifespan.
